Actress Penny Marshall - best known as “Lavern” on the “Lavern and Shirley” television show, has died. Marshall was 75 and according to TMZ, passed away due to diabetes complications comfortably at her home in Hollywood Hills. The family says a celebration of Penny's life will be held at a later date.
