This weekend, come eat some delicious fish and help support a great cause. The Mint Hill Police Department is hosting a Fish Fry to raise money for an officer memorial monument to be built outside of the Mint Hill Police Department. This memorial monument is a reminder of the sacrifice that these officers make every day to This monument will be funded solely on donations. The event is 11am-6pm
