This is absolutely BRILLIANT! Third grade teacher Faith McPeek took Morgan Wallen's "Last Night," made up her own words, and is using her version as part of her math lesson to teach her students about multiples of nine. In a video Ms. McPeek shared on her TikTok page @mcpeek_teaches, the song goes:
"Last Night we learned to count by 9s
9, 18, 27, 36, 45
You told me 54 and 63 were coming back
But 72, 81, and 90 were all that's left
No way I'll forget my 9's"
She is on to something! These kids will probably remember this song for the rest of their life- and they'll always be great at multiples of nine because of it! No way they'll forget their 9's!
