You hear stories all the time about bad guys scamming and taking advantage of the elderly. Well... one bad guy learned the hard way, you don't mess with grandma! 73-year-old Jean Ebbert from New York is a retired 911 dispatcher so she's seasoned to knowing when a situation doesn't seem right. A young man called Ebbert posing as her grandson's lawyer and claimed her grandson had been arrested and charged with a DUI and needed $8000 for bail. There's one major problem with that.
