Dads get 6 ounces of frozen yogurt for free on June 21st at participating TCBY locations. Participation may vary. Make sure to verify with your favorite TCBY store.
Visit a farm
Sweetwater Farms, at 14412 Beatties Ford Road, in Huntersville, offers farm visits at just $4 a person, on Fridays and Saturdays. You have to reserve your time slot in advance, and they can go quickly, so don’t delay!
Swim in a Quarry
Carrigan Farms’ Swimming Quarry, 1213 Oak Ridge Farm Highway, Mooresville, offers one of the most beautiful and natural places to swim in the region. The cost is $15 or $20, depending on the day. They have reduced their capacity, for safety reasons, and it’s highly recommended that you make a reservation ahead of time. When you do that, the reservation will cost an extra $5, but that will be converted to a dining voucher when you get there.
Father’s Day Brunch at Cabarrus Brewing Company
There are three drive-in movie theaters currently operating near Charlotte: Hound’s Drive-in in Kings Mountain; Badin Road Drive-in in Albemarle; and Knight Drive-in at the Rowan County Fairgrounds in Salisbury. In addition, this is the first weekend of Drive-in Movies at the Mill in Cornelius.
