I woke up at 3:30am and noticed Facebook notifications of my Tennessee friends marking themselves safe following a deadly tornado that touched down in Nashville. I immediately started praying. I lived in the Nashville area for four years. Both of my babies were born in Nashville. I worked on the popular "Music Row" in Nashville. Many of my friends and old co-workers live in and around downtown. We had many tornado scares during the time I lived there...and many nights I slept with my fur babies and baby in our "safe place." So waking up to the news of a deadly tornado touched down really made me emotional. The last update I saw was that nine people have lost their life and sadly I'm sure that number may rise. Over 40 buildings are demolished... it's just pure devastation. Check out some of the pictures of the destruction below... and please.... pray for Nashville.
