This video is hard to watch but thankfully the toddler who managed to climb out on a balcony ledge did not get hurt. The child decided to take the leisurely walk while her Mom was taking a shower. Watch as she holds the wall for support, walking to the balcony and then turning around to head back to the window. As she makes her way back her tiny foot slips but she managed to not fall off. What a heart dropping moment that could have ended much differently!
