William Guy was on a ferry traveling from the village of Ocracoke to Swan Quarters, North Carolina on September 18, 2019 when he noticed a fleet of strange bright lights in the sky on which he had begun to record this strange event. William said there were about 25 people on the ferry who had seen him too. They also registered the fire fleet and nobody has ever seen it before. We can assume that these lights are not flares, because we can not find any source in the whole area that could have flared flares. What could these lights be? DZL
