Last season's Bachelorette, Hannah Brown was the first performer on the Season Premiere of "Dancing With The Stars" and she looked STUNNING!!! Hannah was teamed up pro-dancer, Alan Bersten. The two danced the ChaCha to Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody." I was really impressed with Hannah's dancing skills! She was actually really good! The judges combined score came out to 20 out of 30.
Lauren Alaina was one of my favorite performances of the night! She's no longer dating comedian John Christ.... she's single, stunning and performed a sultry dance! GO LAUREN GO!!!! Lauren performed the Cha Cha to Shania Twain's "Man! I Feel Like A Woman." The judges seemed to like the performance, Lauren was one of the top performers with the third highest score of the night, 19 out of 30.
The highest scoring contender during last night's premiere was James Van Der Beek! All I can say is WOW!!! He can REALLY do the Tango! His dance scored him a much deserved 21 out of 30!!
And the lowest scoring dancer of the night goes to Lamar Odom. Bless his heart. He tried! When you're THAT tall and your dance partner is half the size of you.... I'm sure it makes dancing the Foxtrot extremely hard. I believe Lamar had the lowest score in 'Dancing With Stars' history. The judges total came to 11 out of 30.
Lets not forget Christie Brinkley's daughter Sailor Brinkley! Christie Brinkley broke her arm as she was learning her dance routine and that's when her daughter came to the rescue. Sailor only had 3 days to learn the dance compared to the three weeks the other contestants had to prepare. Even with little practice, Sailor still placed as one of the high scorers of the night. Sailor danced the Foxtrot to "Uptown Girl" and scored 18 out of 30.
