This Manchester Police Officer captured the spirit of the One Love Manchester concert yesterday, skipping and dancing with children in the crowd.
The concert was held to benefit the people injured and the lives that were lost in the bombings the week before. Ariana Grande, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Justin Beiber, Miley Cyrus, and more came to perform for the crowd to show that love always wins.
