Looks like Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth won't be celebrating their first year wedding anniversary, sadly they've decided to go their separate ways. The two met in 2009 and got married in December of 2018. Miley fans began speculating there was trouble in their relationship when they noticed she was no longer wearing wedding rings. Their separation was confirmed by Miley's rep who shared a statement with PEOPLE, "Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."
Well... this is where things get weird.
Brody Jenner and his ex Kaitlynn called it quits last week. Miley and Kaitlynn are now vacationing together in Italy... (maybe it's a get over our men getaway, who knows) The two ladies were caught getting over their men but getting cuddly with each other.
Brody Jenner made a joke on his Instagram, making light of the situation, saying that he and Liam will be in pictures holding hands next.
Now that the world knows about Miley and Liam's split, she shared a message on Instagram explaining the cause of separation. In the picture, Miley is standing on top of a Mountain. She captioned the picture saying, "Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of , which was once under water , connected with Africa , change is inevitable. The Dolomites were not created over night, it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed. My dad always told me “ Nature never hurries but it is always on time”.... it fills my heart with peace and hope KNOWING that is true. I was taught to respect the planet and its process and I am committed to doing the same with my own .... 💙
I'm sad to see things end so quickly with these two but hopefully after all the drama settles, they can remain good friends.
