65-Year-Old Woman Kicks Cop In The Privates Claiming She's A "Country Girl"

Well this isn't something you see every day! 65-year-old Debra Hamil from Oklahoma is a woman who doesn't listen to authority... clearly. Watch the video as she tells a cop that she will not accept a ticket for a broken tail light. She's upset they didn't give her a warning. She doesn't just refuse the ticket, she drove away from the scene!! The cop took off after her and once she finally pulls over, the cop pulls her out of the car and this woman KICKS HIM right in the privates!!! (WHAAAAT) Yup... she was tased and arrested. Why did she kicked the cop? "Because she's a country girl." SMH...
