He looks like a normal cat but he sure doesn't sound like one! How freakishly adorable is that?! Doesn't it sound like he's saying "Whoa" or "Hello?" The cat's name is Jack and according to Jack's owner he has a very rare form of laryngeal paralysis that required surgery. After the first surgery, Jack was left with this unique deep voice. It may be weird but he sure is precious!
