We carved pumpkins over the weekend and roasted the seeds for a delicious fall snack!! Next time you roast seeds, try them with Worcestershire sauce its delicious!

- Preheat the oven to 250f
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds and pat dry
- Mix these ingredients in a bowl (1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt and 2 cups of raw pumpkin seeds)
- Stir until all the seeds are evenly coated and then spread them evenly on a baking sheet
- Bake for an hour, until they are crisp and brown
