When it comes to NASCAR, there is no controversy with the National Anthem! Jimmie Johnson and Brad Keselowski watched on last weekend in Bristol with a bunch of other NASCAR parents as their kids all sang the National Anthem before the race!
In the video below you will see the proud parents doing what any other parent would do during the proud moment... Taking video! After the kids finished and fireworks had gone off, the parents were giving the kids high fives and hugs, letting them know how proud they were of them!
Driver Kevin Harvick weighed in recently during an interview about how awesome it was for drivers to have their kids at the track and part of their professional lives.
“It’s pretty cool to look over there on your victory lap and see your 6-year-old in the passenger seat and being able to enjoy it with you,” Kevin Harvick said about letting his son Keelan ride in the passenger seat after his dad’s win at Michigan International Speedway. “That definitely was way up there on the bucket list of things you didn’t expect. That was pretty neat.”
