I'm not sure if you know this, but Taylor Swift fans, or "Swiftie's" as they are called, can be pretty vicious! They are loyal, and the LOVE Taylor no matter what. So for these fans to actually launch a lawsuit, it's pretty clear that they are not happy with Ticketmaster. The "Ticketmaster Disaster" left a lot of Swiftie's without tickets for her upcoming Eras Tour and they want someone to be held responsible!
