The list of nominees for the Rock and Roll HOF Class of 2022 is out and there are some great names: Judas Priest, Beck, Pat Benatar, The New York Dolls, Rage Against The Machine are some of the highlights. But then you add in, Eminem, Dolly Parton, Lionel Richie and DEVO and it just gets confusing. Look I'm all about GREAT music, but Dolly Parton is not Rock, she's country and I love her. She's in the Country Music HOF and she belongs there. But they aren't letting the New York Doll in to the Country Music HOF anytime soon are they? My point is, honor great music, but CHANGE THE NAME!
