Alexander Cardinale is accusing Jake Owen of ripping off his song "Made for you". The lawsuit claims:
The lyrics and the melody of Jake’s tune is awfully similar to their song, suggesting “notes, structure, harmony, vocal style and rhythm are clear indicators" that it’s a copy.
However, it should be noted that Jake didn't actually write the song so the beef is with Songwriters, Neil Medley, Joey Hyde and Benjamin Lashar Davis.
