Is Charlotte One Of The Most Romantic Cities In The US?

I guess now that I live here in Charlotte I need to step up my game this year! Just in time for Valentines day I ran across the list of the top 10 most romantic cities in the US. According to the Annual Romance Index  Charlotte rank as the 5th most romantic city in the US. Apparently there is a huge spike in sales of candy, wine and other romantic things to get us on this list.
