This video was taken at a convenience store in West Chester Pennsylvania earlier this month. The man in yellow is mocking the man who gets out of his SUV to go into the store. He clearly has cerebral palsey and for some reason he decides to make fun of him. It looks like there were some words exchanged and the man in yellow sucker punches the other man and it's not like he could really do anything to defend himself. There is absolutely no reason for this type of nasty behavior! But there is a happy ending to this story: the guy in yellow was identified and arrested!
