Have you ever gone to a concert and looked up at the hanging screens or the giant speakers and thought to yourself "hmmm... I hope those are suspended properly. I'd hate to see something come crashing down" and then you periodically look up throughout the concert, hoping everything is in tact?
I have always had that fall-a-phobia of equipment at concerts and last night at a concert in Hong Kong, my worst fear came true. Popular Hong Kong Boy Band Mirror was on stage when one of the screens came crashing down. Five people were injured, including a male dancer who was sent to the intensive care unit at a local hospital and another who is in stable condition. The concert was halted after the accident.
I certainly hope everyone is OK. This is absolutely horrifying.
