Chatting with NASCAR's Anthony Alfredo

We're less than three weeks from the start of another NASCAR season! Are you ready? I know I am! And I know Anthony Alfredo is.

If you haven't heard of Anthony Alfredo, you're about to! Nicknamed "Fast Pasta," Anthony ran a partial schedule last year in the Xfinity Series driving for Richard Childress Racing and had spectacular results. His first race was at California where he finished an impressive 6th. His final race was at Texas where he came close to winning and finished 3rd. That's pretty incredible for a rookie running a partial schedule, right?! It was so incredible that he turned the heads of Bob and Brad Jenkins, who signed him to run for them at Front Row Motorsports in the Cup Series. He'll pilot the 38 car for the 2021 season and will run for Rookie of the Year.

So back to the Daytona 500, it is coming up on Valentine's Day, February 14th, and you'll be able to watch Anthony and all of the stars of NASCAR take to the superspeedway on Fox. With great action on the track and former NASCAR star Clint Bowyer joining Jeff Gordon in the broadcast booth, this is gonna be GREAT! and you certainly don't want to miss it!

Anthony was kind enough today to call in to chat about the Daytona 500, being a rookie, the tracks being added to the NASCAR schedule this season, and even Luke Combs! Check out our conversation in it's entirety.
