When it comes to Christmas songs, there are so many great classics and it's so nice to hear those songs this time of year, but in my opinion, there is one song that we just never hear enough of, and that's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Vince Vance and the Valiants.
Now, don't confuse this song with Mariah Carey's song of the same name. And congratulations to Mariah... her song actually just topped the Billboard Hot 100, 25 years after it was released! It was released in 1994 and has been a Christmas favorite ever since, but it's pretty cool for it top the charts as we close out this decade. But nonetheless, I am talking about the song by Vince Vance and the Valiants. Lisa Layne takes vocals on this song and absolutely SLAYS it. I really think this is one of the most under-rated Christmas songs of all time. And I would be willing to bet that you love it as much as I do...so enjoy!
