Last night at the MTV Video Music Awards, John Travolta had the honor of presenting Video of the Year with Queen Latifah. Taylor Swift won for her video "You Need To Calm Down." In the video, drag queen Jade Jolie plays Taylor, and Taylor brought many of the stars of the video on stage with her to accept the award, including Jolie.
Only, Travolta seemed to mistake Jolie for Taylor herself. This is extra funny because a few years back at the Oscars, Travolta famously butchered Idina Menzel's name, calling her "Adele Zadeem." Last night, he came out on stage, made fun of that moment, and then proceeded to create a new moment for all of Twitter to mock.
