Appalachian State Football has been on a roll over the last few years. They took the Sun Belt Conference championship in 2016 and 2017 prior to the Sun Belt having a championship game. A championship game was instituted this past season, and App State won that too, beating the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns 30-19.
If you were unaware, Luke Combs once attended App State, so there is no better artist's song to use in a video made by App State Football than a Luke Combs song. Coach Drinkwitz tweeted a video to Luke of QB Zac Thomas serenading the Sun Belt Trophy, all set to Luke's "Beautiful Crazy," and it's really pretty awesome!
