When Mary Bourne Roberts was a little girl, she would dance around with her daddy Jim to Lee Ann Womack's "I Hope You Dance." It was "their" song, and they promised each other that they would dance to it at her wedding reception one day.
Fast forward to this past December 29th. Jim has been in hospice care due to a brain tumor and wasn't sure that he would make it to his daughter's wedding, let alone have that dance. But Mary, who majored in dance at the University of Alabama and is now a professional dance teacher, got her dance after all.
