I LOVE going out to Charlotte Motor Speedway every year for Speedway Christmas! If you've been, you know why it's so incredible, and if you have never been, you really need to check it out! For starters, if you're like me and LOVE Christmas lights, you're going to flip out over their over three and a half MILLION Christmas lights! You'll drive through 3.75 miles of gorgeous, twinkling lights. It's so beautiful! Plus, Thursday-Sunday, Santa visits! There are also all kinds of fun activities for the whole family like rides, s'mores, live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and this year they are introducing a 50' Ferris Wheel! And the best part? It's only $20 a car!
It all gets underway this weekend. Saturday night is the Egg Nog Jog 5k Fun Run/Walk, where you can run or walk through the lights, get a t-shirt for participating, and stay for fireworks after the run.
