If you're in need of a computer and you live in Mecklenburg County, you may be eligible to receive a free laptop from the Mecklenburg Library. To qualify for one of the refurbished laptops you must live in Mecklenburg County with proof of residency, be at least 18 years old, have an active email and photo id. Residents can apply online on Thursday, January 19th. Those chosen to receive a laptop will be notified by email within 7-10 business days. To get more information and apply: CLICK HERE
