Man Accused Of Stealing Prosthetic Leg During Robbery

Kevion Hooks was arrested in Tulsa, Oklahoma after he was caught with a stolen prosthetic leg. The victim claimed that Hooks approached him with a large metal spike and robbed him, taking his backpack and prosthetic leg. Police found Hooks with the victim's prosthetic leg strapped to his head. According to reports, the leg was returned back to the victim and Hooks was arrested for armed robbery. See more HERE
