Video: Met's Player Kevin Pillar Gets Nailed In The Face By Fast Pitch

It's impossible to not gasp when you watch the moment Mets' outfielder, Kevin Pillar, got popped in the face by a fast pitch thrown by Braves pitcher Jacob Webb. The bases were loaded, it was the top of the 7th inning and Pillar was up to bat. The count was 1-2 with two outs. The next pitch thrown slammed into Pillar's face and he instantly fell to his knees with blood pouring from his face. See the terrifying moment below. <<<WARNING>>> the video is hard to watch!

Thankfully, Pillar seems to be ok! He comforted fans with a tweet that assured that he's doing fine! Big prayers going out to Pillar and for the Braves pitcher threw out the pitch. Jacob Webb was visibly upset and clearly felt horrific by what happened.
