Brett Eldgredge released his first single "Gabrielle" from his upcoming album, Sunday Drive. According to Brett, the song is based on a real-life true story. "It's about wishing the other person well in their life, where ever they are. But still kind of looking back and wonder what that person's up to and where they are now and what it could have been." Although the song is about a personal experience, Brett won't confirm if the song title is the actual name of the relationship he is singing or if the name is made up but he does admit the song is about a real situation in his life.
