Country Music Icon, Kenny Rogers Dies At 81

Country music icon, 81-year-old Kenny Rogers passed away peacefully in his home last night. According to a statement released from his family, Rogers passed away peacefully from natural causes and surrounded by family.

Rogers blessed country music with twenty-four No.1 hits. His music won him three Grammys and six CMA awards. In 2013 he was inducted into the County Music Hall of Fame. He also received the high honor of winning CMA's Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013.

Although he is no longer physically on this earth, every time we hear his music like 'The Gambler' he will be very much present in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
