Astronaut Christina Koch, a NC State graduate has landed back on Earth!!! She spent 328 days in space which now makes her the record holder for the longest space flight by a woman!!! The spacecraft landed in Kazakhstan at 4:12am ET on Thursday, February 6th. Koch was all smiles as she exited the spacecraft. We are so glad the team made it back to earth safely! Congratulations and WELCOME HOME!!!!
