What in the Sam Hill? 51-year-old Glyndwr Wyn Richards of Llanfarian in Ceredigion was just trying to be a helpful friend but his good deed didn't go unpunished. Check out the video of Richards towing his friend's car on the roof of his car! (Could you imagine the fear of driving behind him on the highway!) Richards was taking his friend's car to be scrapped but got busted for driving the car like this and was fined and given three penalty points on this licence. I just want to know how in the world he did he get the car up there in the first place!
