I never really did the whole lemonade stand as a kid. I grew up in a very small town and there were very few neighbors, so I would have been sitting there all alone! But lemonade stands are a big deal all over the country and people love them and it gives kids something to do. So I was shocked to read that these stands are only legal in 16 states! Well Country Time Lemonade is trying to fix that by offering legal aid to those who get caught without a permit. Yeah you have to PAY and get a permit to have a little innocent fun these days.
