A Shark Tooth Possibly 3 Million Years Old Found At North Carolina Beach!

Imagine walking the beach with your family and as you search for seashells you come across a shark tooth that could be over 2 million years old!! That's what happened when Harvey Wall and his family went shell hunting at Ocean Isle Beach in NC. As they were walking their dogs they came across a Megalodon shark tooth. Megalodon's were the largest sharks until they went extinct millions of years ago. According to reports, the tooth could be almost three million years old. Look at how HUGE that tooth is. Although it's sad that they're extinct, that's the kind of shark you're glad is no longer in the water. According to news, the Wall family doesn't plan on holding on to the newly discovered tooth, instead they plan to donate it to the Museum of Coastal Carolina.
