Heidi Merrill, a songwriter is taking Carrie Underwood to court. Merrill claims that Carrie Underwood's Sunday Night Football theme song "Game On" is stolen. According to a new lawsuit, Merrill claims she submitted the song to Mark Bright, Carrie's producer. Merrill posted the video of her song "Game On" on Youtube back in March of 2017. Carrie released her "Game On" song for Sunday Night Football in September of 2018. Merrill's lawsuit is claiming copyright infringement.
