A dash-cam caught the moment a car had a last minute lane change causing a 5 car crash on the outer loop of Interstate 485 near Arrowood Road. The car that caused this terrifying accident fled the scene and now Police are asking the driver to turn themselves in. Thankfully, the passengers in the 5 car crash weren't terribly injured.
