Our service men and women are a special group of people who risk their lives and lose out on many things we all take for granted. And as a new dad I can see now how hard it must be to go away for as long as they do and miss out on so many things.I know how amazing it is to see my daughters face when I return home from work each day, so I can only imagine the joy in this little girls heart when she sees her daddy for the 1st time in a long time. She "thinks" she's getting some cookies, but mom has another plan in store for her. Grab a tissue and enjoy!
