According to reports, the driver is 22-year-old Courtnay Danielle Lawrence and she appears to intentionally hit a woman walking alongside a man. The reports say the driver has a known relationship with the man in the video. She is now facing multiple charges including assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run and failure to give aid to personal injury.
