So I ran across this video and felt it was important to share. It's from a year ago, but we need to watch it over and over again until things change. This family was kicked off a flight because they refused to give up a seat they paid for because their 2 year old son was in a car seat (Which Delta recommends you do) It seems they over booked the flight and you know what happens then, you need to move so the airline can make more money!
