Carolina Panther's Christian McCaffrey was out in Colorado on a hike at Castle Rock with his brother and a friend when they spotted a man fall off a rock during a hike.
They rushed to where the man had fallen to make sure he was alright, and they found that the man was barely breathing.
Christian quickly called 911 to get assistance.
