This year, the St. Jude Dream Home® is a 3,400 square foot, 3 bedroom + flex room, 4 bathroom home with covered patio, outdoor living space, vaulted ceilings, two fireplaces and a gourmet kitchen. This estimated $440,000 home is located in Mint Hill in the fabulous Davis Run subdivision.
You can visit the home at the grand opening event on Sept. 9, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2608 Fox Hollow Rd, Mint Hill, NC.
The $100 tickets go on sale Thursday, July 20 and anyone who reserves them by end of day on July 28 will be entered to win 6 tickets to a home football game at Bank of America Stadium plus transportation and dinner.
There are plenty of things happening around the St. Jude Dream Home before it will be given away on Thursday, Oct. 12.

Saturday, Sept. 9 - The house officially opens at 9 a.m. and is open every weekend until Oct. 8. The house is open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from Noon to 5 p.m. 96.9 The Kat will be on site!
Thursday, Oct. 12 - Someone will win the amazing St. Jude Dream Home, announced live on WBTV!
