A 26-year-old North Carolina woman wasn't going to let a man get away who attempted to steal things out of her SUV in the Walmart parking lot.
Christine Braswell says she saw Robert Raines in her SUV, going through her things when a witness confronted Raines. He ran away with Braswell's purse in hand as she confronted him.
Initially chasing him on foot, but decided to pursue him in her vehicle.
"Me being five months pregnant, I chased a little ways then come back, jumped in the car, threw it in gear and come across the curb and ran him over. I was not going to let him get away with it. It's not right, it's not fair," She told WLOS.
Raines was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. He was charged with breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property.
Braswell is charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
