We all tend to splurge during Thanksgiving dinner and add a few extra side dishes to the plate. Deviled eggs, broccoli casserole, giblet gravy poured over rice, yeast rolls, sweet potato casserole and mac-n-cheese are side dish traditions in my family. The career building website Zippa shared data on the most popular Thanksgiving side in each state. Mac-n-Cheese is North Carolina's side dish of choice and I 100% agree with that.
