Sadly, you never know what someone's going through behind their smile. Former Nashville star, Hayden Panettiere, has a beautiful smile but life hasn't been so beautiful lately, she's been dealing with some unfortunate situations. Her former boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, has been charged with felony domestic violence after his arrest earlier this month. If convicted he could face up to four years in prison.
Earlier in the month, Panettiere and her boyfriend got in a dispute after a night partying in Hollywood. When police arrived they found marks on Panetiiere's body so they locked up her boyfriend who was later released after paying a $50,000 bail.
Thankfully Panettiere's daughter, 4-year-old Kaya wasn't around to witness the violence. According to US weekly, Kaya, is living with her father (professional boxer Wladimir Klitschko) in Ukraine.
