Surprise, you're caught on camera. Brian Kelley from Georgia Florida Line is offering up money if you recognize the vandals who tried to steal a Teepee outside of his shop, Tribe Kelley trading post. Four people tried to take the Teepee apart but failed miserably and finally gave up.
