Great news for the weekend, you get an extra hour to sleep thanks to the end of Daylight saving time.
Daylight saving time (DST) ends at 2 a.m. local time on Sunday (Nov. 4). You’ll need to set your clocks back (“fall back”) one hour before going to bed on Saturday.
Even though we have an extra hour this weekend (that I'll take up sleeping) It still takes a while for your body to get adjusted. Since we gain an hour, it may be tough going to bed at your scheduled time on Sunday night. When I can't sleep, I'm guilty of grabbing my phone and looking through Facebook. Don't do that! Technology in the bedroom is a no-no and it actually helps keep you awake rather than put you to sleep. They also say you shouldn't take a long nap because that will get your body clock out of sync but if a nap is a must, keep it short.
