I love these lists! It's fun to see who made the list and where they land. But it's also fun to see if where I live had a good enough score to make it in the top 20! I was excited to see that North Carolina has 2 in the top 15 this year: Raleigh at #9 and Winston Salem was at #12! These lists are based on a number of things, but the main focus is safety.
