Don't get me wrong, I love anything Miranda Lambert does. She is without a doubt one the best in country (not just female). But after all the heartbreak songs we got from her on her last project, it's nice to hear something fun, something you can smile at and sing along to! Her new album is coming out this fall and Miranda said fans should expect something old, something new, something borrowed and...something loud.
She tells the Chicago Sun-Timesthat her first release since her whirlwind romance and marriage to New York City cop Brendan McLoughlin is "Old Miranda, but a Miranda at a whole new level, if that makes any sense. It’s not going to be love song overload or anything like that. I made a career on being a rock and roller and I think fans are going to hear that throughout. And yeah, there is this vibe of being happy that goes through this album. I am really, really happy.”
